With so many exciting things to do at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, you can't go wrong with a family vacation. Just outside the city is Busch Gardens, a theme park with thrill rides, animal exhibits and shows. Ride the roller coasters, which include Griffon, with its 205-foot (62-meter), 90-degree free fall. View the mysterious gray wolf at the Wolf Valley exhibit and see exotic animals at Jack Hanna's Wild Reserve Busch Gardens Railway - a 20 minute train ride around the park in steam-powered locomotives. Stations are located in France, Scotland, and Italy and train operation starts at 10:30am. I'm more than a little heartbroken that we ran out of time to tour Busch Gardens Williamsburg via train. We'll just have to visit again

SheiKra is a Bolliger & Mabillard diving roller coaster located at Busch Gardens Tampa in Tampa, Florida. SheiKra was the first dive machine coaster in North America. Two years after its opening, SheiKra was converted into a floorless dive roller coaster because of Griffon at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, with its revolutionary trains, made to enhance the experience. The name SheiKra is derived. Apollo's Chariot at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Va. was my favorite of the 4 roller coasters there. Although it does not go upside down it does have some fast twists, turns and drops WHERE: Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, Virginia If the term floorless dive coaster doesn't scare you off, you may just be the target audience for Busch Gardens Williamsburg's Griffon roller.
